Privacy Notice – SR House Maid Service

At SR House Maid Service, we value your trust and are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

1. Information We Collect:

    • Personal details such as name, address, contact number, and email address.

    • Employment requirements and preferences for maid services.

    • Payment information for registration, service fees, and salary processing.

2. How We Use Your Information:

    • To provide, maintain, and improve our maid services.

    • To communicate with you regarding service renewals, payments, and replacements.

    • To ensure legal compliance and protect the rights of both employers and candidates.

3. Service Terms:

    • A one-time registration/service fee equivalent to one month’s salary is to be paid by the employer on or before the supply of the candidate. Every six months, a service charge is payable for renewal if the employer wishes to continue the service.

    • No refunds on cancellation of the service charge under any circumstances.

    • The candidate’s salary must be paid to the company directly on or before the 1st or 2nd of each month.

    • Legal action may be initiated if the employer mistreats or misbehaves with the candidate.

    • Candidates must work only at the address provided, and employers should not release them without informing SR House Maid Service.

    • Service charges and salaries may change according to market rates and candidate availability.

4. Refund and Replacement Policy:

    • No refunds are provided in cases of candidate death, ICU admission, or relocation.

    • Employers must pay the salary for the same month if the maid falls ill or is deceased.

    • If unsatisfied with the candidate, employers must allow up to 10 working days for a replacement. No refunds are issued; only replacements are provided.

5. Employer Responsibilities:

    • Provide food and appropriate rest/sleep periods for employees working 24 hours on their premises.

    • Grant at least two days of leave per month for 24-hour employees and one day per week for employees working 6 to 12 hours, as per labor laws.

    • Physical, mental, or sexual abuse, including abusive language or misbehavior towards the candidate, is punishable under the POCSO Act.

6. Service Locations:

    • We provide services across Bangalore (urban and rural), throughout India, and internationally, as per employer requirements.

7. Data Security:

    • We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

8. Changes to This Privacy Notice:

    • SR House Maid Service reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice at any time. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
